Parenting Education

What should I expect as a parent?

Parenting is filled with lots of uncertainty. Bella Parent Support Services offers a parent education/material support program where moms and/or dads are matched up with a mentor who will support them and provide one-on-one lessons on topics like:

  • Developmental milestones (1-2 years old)
  • Infant and toddler nutrition
  • Potty training
  • Infant and toddler safety
  • Oral health
  • Bonding
  • Tantrums, boundaries, and discipline

We also offer one-on-one consultation with a lactation counselor before and after delivery and information on strategies to effectively co-parent and parent alone.

Store Credit/Molly's Boutique

Through participating in our parent education/material support programming, moms and/or dads can earn credit to be spent in our store, Molly’s Boutique. Our boutique has items like diapers, wipes, clothing, baby shampoo, formula, and other hygiene items for parents. If you are in need of gas, bus tickets, food or housing, we can help connect you to other community resources too.

Baby & Me

The Bella Baby & Me offers the opportunity for parents and their baby to find fellowship. The group meets every Wednesday from 10:30a.m.-noon. Activities are scheduled events so registration is not required, but recommended.

Please call the office at 920-231-6006, text Parent Support Services at 920-231-6006, or talk to your Bella mentor, if interested in attending.

All children must be under 1 year old to participate.

Car Seat Program

Through the Bella Car Seat Program, expectant parents and parents complete a variety of parenting educational and mentoring sessions and earn credit toward a new car seat upon completion of the program.
